EPI OC 2022 – August 11 – Collaboration at its Best Part 1: Partnering and Tools for Increased Engagement

As the first in a 4-part series that will demonstrate collaboration at its best, it’s important to first explore the tools, process, and key elements needed for successful teams to facilitate an entrepreneur’s complete business succession journey from pre-engagement, discovery, value creation, and the eventual transition.  Developing a successful team is more challenging than it sounds.  This session is designed to review some of the basics (and not-so-basics) and then practice them with your fellow members using contemplative questions, light role play, and fun conversation.
