Joe Strazzeri will be doing a short 30-minute interview with long-time client and friend, Kat.

Kat was the “graphics” girl at her father’s business who eventually worked her way up to run the company and become a 50% owner.

We’ll learn from Kat what that was like, as well as the starts and stops of an eventual sale, including the backing out of a sale during due diligence, and continuing as an employee under the new ownership.
